Last Amended: April 7th, 2025

This document serves as a binding agreement between the property owner (hereby identified as the “Client”) and Tint-It, including its agents, owners, employees, and subcontractors (hereby identified as the “Company”), for the execution of window tinting services on residential, commercial, and automotive properties in exchange for payment.

Please fully review and let us know if you have any questions or concerns about any information contained in our agreement.

The services provided to clients are subject to the following terms, and the Company reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time without notice. You can review the terms and conditions anytime on our website.

Access to Premises
The Client agrees to allow the Company on the property for the purposes of performing the window tinting services requested. The Client understands that the services may be subject to changes in the time frame due to unforeseen circumstances, and additional visits to the property may be required. The Company reserves the right to visit the property with minimal notice to evaluate the quality of the service after it has been performed.

Risks and Release of Liability Acknowledgement
Our technicians are fully trained and certified to apply window tinting films according to manufacturer guidelines and standards. The Company makes every effort to ensure that no damage occurs during the installation process. However, the Client acknowledges that damage may occur to delicate surfaces, glass, or window seals due to pre-existing conditions, neglect, or the quality of materials.

On the date of service, the Company will document any pre-existing damage and take photographs for reference. The Client agrees to release the Company from liability for any damage that occurs that is not directly caused by the Company’s technicians or actions.

Client Responsibility on the Day of Service
The Client agrees to ensure the following on the day of service:

  • Keep children, pets, and other individuals away from the work area during installation.

  • Clear the work area of all items, including curtains, furniture, or other obstructive objects.

  • Provide access to any necessary electrical outlets or other resources needed to complete the window tinting process.

Content and Media Release
The Client grants the Company permission to use photos, videos, reviews, and quotes of the property and/or the Client in any form of marketing, advertising, or promotional content. This includes social media, websites, and printed materials. The Company may use these materials without compensation to the Client.

Payment Terms
Payment for Tint-It services is due upon scheduling or upon completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Payments may be made via credit card, check, or other agreed methods. If payment is made via credit card, a processing fee may apply. If payment is not received as agreed, services may be delayed or canceled.

Agreement to Terms
By accepting an estimate or placing an order, the Client agrees that all specifications, terms, and conditions outlined in this agreement are satisfactory and hereby accepts them. The Client authorizes Tint-It to perform the window tinting work as specified in the estimate, service agreement, or as discussed with a representative. The Client acknowledges and releases Tint-It from any responsibility for property damage, unless damage occurs due to the Company's negligence, error, or misconduct.

These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between the Client and Tint-It. Please read carefully before proceeding with services.
